The Türesan syrup filling machine is engineered around the product and the bottle so that pharmaceutical and food supplement manufacturers get that repeatability on every fill.
Choosing the filling system for syrup
The viscosity of a syrup changes with its sugar content, temperature and formulation, so no single filling method suits every product:
- Volumetric (servo piston) filling: measures the volume directly for thick syrups and products that tend to foam.
- Flowmeter-controlled filling: measures the flow at each nozzle for free-flowing syrups.
- Load cell (weighing) filling: used for products that must be filled by weight.

Capping, labelling and line layout
For capping, gripper, three-ball, pick & place, flat clamping, rolling and press systems are available, driven by servo torque, asynchronous motor, mechanical torque or air motor. Caps are fed to the station by an elevator, vibratory bowl or rotary table. On a fully automatic line, the bottle feeding table, air bottle cleaning, filling, capping, labelling, check weigher, metal detector and inkjet date coding run in sync on the same conveyor. Batch number and expiry date are printed by inkjet, and the check weigher removes under-filled bottles from the line.
