Ayran (yoghurt drink), yoghurt, kefir and dairy products need strict hygiene and a cold chain, and they are sold in cups, tubs and bottles. The Türesan ayran filling machine comes in two configurations, depending on the package type.
Cups and tubs
The linear filling and closing machine handles cup feeding, filling, foil feeding, foil sealing, date coding and collection on a single machine for cups and tubs. It has servo motor-driven systems and 1–20 nozzle options.
Bottles
For bottled ayran and dairy drinks, a linear or rotary liquid filling machine is used, with capping and labelling on the same conveyor.
Thick dairy products such as labneh, cream cheese and spreadable cheese are filled with servo volumetric filling.

Hygiene
All product-contact surfaces are AISI 316L stainless steel, and the balance tank can be cleaned in place (C.I.P.). Parts that can be removed without tools shorten cleaning and product changeovers. For hygiene criteria on food lines, see our food and beverage page.
Capping and the line
For capping, gripper, three-ball, pick & place, flat clamping, rolling and press systems are available, driven by servo torque, asynchronous motor, mechanical torque or air motor. Caps are fed to the station by an elevator, vibratory bowl or rotary table. On a fully automatic line, the bottle feeding table, air bottle cleaning, filling, capping, labelling, check weigher, metal detector and inkjet date coding run in sync on the same conveyor.
