Putting dragees, gummies and candies into bottles or jars by count requires a different kind of accuracy than filling by weight. The Türesan counting machine applies the multi-channel vibratory design used for tablet and capsule counting to confectionery and supplement products.
How it works
Products are lined up in single file on vibrating channels, counted by sensors, and the set quantity is transferred into each package. The multi-channel design gives repeatable counting at high speed.
