Vegetable oils, olive oil and cosmetic oils are low to medium viscosity products, sold in anything from small dropper bottles to litre glass bottles.
Filling method
- Flowmeter-controlled filling: fast, accurate filling for free-flowing oils.
- Level-controlled filling: an even visible fill level in clear glass bottles.
- Anti-drip nozzle: prevents oil marks on the bottle neck.
The 20–300 ml range is used for small cosmetic oils, and the 250–2500 ml and 500–5000 ml ranges for cooking oils.

Flexible production
Product and bottle variety is high in cosmetics. Türesan machines are designed for quick format changes and allow production with fewer staff at capacities in the range of 1,000–20,000 units per hour. For capping, gripper, three-ball, pick & place, flat clamping, rolling and press systems are available, driven by servo torque, asynchronous motor, mechanical torque or air motor. Caps are fed to the station by an elevator, vibratory bowl or rotary table. The labelling station supports full wrap, single-sided, double-sided and top-and-bottom labelling; the AISI 304 machine can be fitted with a domestic or imported applicator.
