Shampoo Filling Machine

Shampoo filling machine

Shampoo, shower gel, hair conditioner and liquid soap are medium-viscosity products that tend to foam. A wide range, from hotel-size bottles to litre bottles, can be produced on the same line.

Key points in shampoo filling

  • Bottom-up filling: reduces foam formation.
  • Volumetric or flowmeter control: chosen according to the product's consistency.
  • Cap variety: flip-top, disc-top and pump caps are closed with pick & place and torque-controlled capping.

The 20–300 ml range is used for hotel shampoo and small bottles, and the 100–1000 ml range for standard bottles.

Flexible production

Product and bottle variety is high in cosmetics. Türesan machines are designed for quick format changes and allow production with fewer staff at capacities in the range of 1,000–20,000 units per hour. For capping, gripper, three-ball, pick & place, flat clamping, rolling and press systems are available, driven by servo torque, asynchronous motor, mechanical torque or air motor. Caps are fed to the station by an elevator, vibratory bowl or rotary table. The labelling station supports full wrap, single-sided, double-sided and top-and-bottom labelling; the AISI 304 machine can be fitted with a domestic or imported applicator.
