Hand sanitizer, sanitizer gel, cologne and alcohol-based products are low-viscosity (medium for gels) and volatile. They are produced in packages from pocket bottles to 5-litre jerrycans.
Filling and capping
- Flowmeter-controlled filling: fast, accurate filling for liquid sanitizer and cologne.
- Volumetric filling: for gel sanitizers.
- Spray and pump caps: placed by pick & place and tightened with torque control.
For alcohol-based products, requirements for the environment and electrical equipment are assessed separately at the project stage.

Flexible production
Product and bottle variety is high in cosmetics. Türesan machines are designed for quick format changes and allow production with fewer staff at capacities in the range of 1,000–20,000 units per hour. For capping, gripper, three-ball, pick & place, flat clamping, rolling and press systems are available, driven by servo torque, asynchronous motor, mechanical torque or air motor. Caps are fed to the station by an elevator, vibratory bowl or rotary table. The labelling station supports full wrap, single-sided, double-sided and top-and-bottom labelling; the AISI 304 machine can be fitted with a domestic or imported applicator.
