Engine oil, lubricants, antifreeze and AdBlue are automotive fluids sold in packages from one-litre bottles to jerrycans and drums. Their viscosities differ widely, so the filling method is chosen for each product.
Solutions by package
- Bottles and jerrycans (1–20 litres): linear liquid filling machine with flowmeter or load cell-controlled filling.
- Drums and IBCs (200–1000 litres): drum filling machine with flowmeter/load cell filling at ±0.5% accuracy.
For corrosive liquids such as AdBlue (urea solution), product-contact surfaces are AISI 316L stainless steel. For viscous engine oils, filling time is balanced by the number of nozzles.

Safety and automation
Manual filling of chemical products is risky for operator safety and causes product loss. Türesan automatic filling and packaging lines are designed with materials suited to the chemical properties of the product, for capacities in the range of 1,000–20,000 units per hour. For capping, gripper, three-ball, pick & place, flat clamping, rolling and press systems are available, driven by servo torque, asynchronous motor, mechanical torque or air motor. Caps are fed to the station by an elevator, vibratory bowl or rotary table.
