Liquid detergents, dishwashing liquids, bleach, surface cleaners and disinfectants tend to foam, some are corrosive, and they are produced in high volumes. The Türesan cleaning products filling machine is designed for these products in bottles, jerrycans and gallon containers.
Filling foaming products
- Bottom-up filling: the nozzle goes down to the bottom of the bottle and rises with the fill, reducing foam.
- Flowmeter or volumetric control: chosen according to how freely the product flows.
- Chemically resistant product path: for corrosive products such as bleach, materials are chosen based on the product information.
Filling, capping (trigger, screw, flip-top) and labelling run on the same line; the check weigher rejects under-filled containers.

Safety and automation
Manual filling of chemical products is risky for operator safety and causes product loss. Türesan automatic filling and packaging lines are designed with materials suited to the chemical properties of the product, for capacities in the range of 1,000–20,000 units per hour. For capping, gripper, three-ball, pick & place, flat clamping, rolling and press systems are available, driven by servo torque, asynchronous motor, mechanical torque or air motor. Caps are fed to the station by an elevator, vibratory bowl or rotary table.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can bleach be filled?
Yes; for corrosive products, the product path material is chosen based on the product information.
Can trigger caps be closed?
Trigger and spray caps are placed by pick & place and tightened with torque control.
What is the capacity?
Chemical lines are designed for 1,000–20,000 units per hour; the exact figure is calculated for the bottle and the product.
