The air-powered bottle cleaning machine is an industrial cleaning solution developed by Türesan Engineering to effectively clean dust, particles and foreign matter from the inner surfaces of bottles prior to filling. The AISI 304 stainless steel chassis structure offers long-lasting and reliable use in hygienic production environments, while one or two nozzle options adapt to different production capacities. Thanks to the use of ionised compressed air with a 0.12-micron filter, particles caused by static electricity are effectively removed, and the bottles are prepared for the filling process. Operating on a 380 V, 50 Hz, 3-phase electrical infrastructure, the system runs at high efficiency with a 6–8 bar air requirement, providing a safe bottle cleaning process that supports hygiene standards in the food, beverage, cosmetics, and chemical industries.
