Palletizer Machine

The palletising machine is an industrial automation solution developed by Türesan Engineering to place products onto pallets in an orderly, fast and safe manner after packaging. Thanks to its three-axis operating principle and 2 or 3-axis options, it offers flexible adaptation to different packaging dimensions and arrangement requirements.

The AISI 304 stainless steel chassis structure enables the machine to operate durably and reliably in harsh industrial environments, while servo motor-driven movement of all axes ensures high precision and repeatable positioning. Its capacity varies according to packaging structure and product count, offering easy integration into different production lines.

Operating on a 380 V, 50 Hz, 3-phase electrical infrastructure, the system requires 6–8 bar of air and, thanks to pallet presence/absence sensors, ensures that the palletising process is controlled, safe and uninterrupted. The palletising machine is an ideal industrial palletising solution that increases production speed by reducing manual labour and improves efficiency in logistics processes.
